3.6 Restricted or Regulated Goods

Where prohibited by law:

3.7 Adult Content (Platform Restriction)

Unless explicitly permitted by Pylon:

• Exploitative or harmful adult content

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use automated systems to scrape or exploit the platform
• Resell or misuse the platform without authorization

5. Ecommerce Responsibilities

Users operating online stores through Pylon must:

• Accurately represent products and services
• Fulfil orders in a timely manner
• Provide valid contact information
• Comply with consumer protection laws

Pylon does not take responsibility for transactions between users and their customers.

6. Enforcement and Actions

Pylon reserves the right to take action against violations of this Policy at its sole discretion. Actions may include:

• Content removal
• Site suspension
• Account suspension or termination
• Payment restrictions
• Reporting to law enforcement

7. Immediate Enforcement

For serious violations — including fraud, illegal activity, or security threats — Pylon may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice and remove content immediately.

8. Reporting Violations

If you believe a site or user is violating this Policy, please report it to us. Include the URL of the site, a description of the violation, and any supporting evidence.

9. Cooperation with Authorities

Pylon may cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required, including under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. This may include disclosure of user information where legally required.

10. Changes to This Policy

Pylon may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

11. Relationship to Other Policies

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Pylon Terms of Service and the Pylon Privacy Policy. In the event of conflict, Pylon reserves the right to interpret and enforce policies in a manner that protects the platform and its users.
